Does below average or incomplete class work, shows some initiative in completing learning activities, and demonstrates poor achievement

Incomplete class work, shows little initiative in completing learning activities, and demonstrates unacceptable achievement

   Middle School teachers shall establish standards and Pass/Fail grades in exploratory subjects and skills taught for less than a full semester.
